Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptual engineering of all renewable energy projects, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and ensuring project alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to multiple teams of engineers and technical consultants, including strategic decision-making, policy and procedure creation, and best practice implementation.
- Supervise, review, prepare, and agree on project specifications, budgets, and timescales with contractors, clients, or other stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields.
- Chartered Engineer status (e.g., IET, EUR Ing, PEng) is an asset.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an asset.
- 12 years of experience in the RE industry within large multinational companies (preferably with an EPC contractor, developer, engineering firm, or technical consultant).
- Strong understanding of project delivery challenges and engineering trends.
- Knowledge of renewable and traditional energy industries and latest R&D trends.
