- Perform diagnostic tests, such as blower door tests, thermographic inspections, and combustion analysis.
- Evaluate the energy efficiency of buildings and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data and make recommendations to reduce energy consumption.
- Develop and present energy efficiency strategies to clients.
- Collaborate with engineering, construction, and facilities teams to implement energy-saving projects.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in energy auditing, energy consulting, or building performance analysis.
- Familiarity with building energy codes, LEED, ENERGY STAR, ASHRAE standards, or ISO 50001 is preferred.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement M&V plans for energy savings performance contracting (ESPC) projects at various facilities, focusing on developing ECM-specific M&V approaches, evaluating project performance risk, analyzing savings calculations, reviewing final M&V plans, and creating construction and service phase M&V budgets.
- Analyze and normalize utility data using linear regressions and other analyses, as well as supervise baseline and pre/post-installation data collection, including trend data from building automation systems, field measurements, data loggers, and performance tests.

- Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP) is required; Certified Energy Manager (CEM) is desirable.

The Energy & Water Efficiency Policies Section Head is responsible for developing and driving the organization’s policy, strategies and plans across the energy sector and those required to support the implementation of the DSM Strategy. - Ensure that all regulatory reports for development of policies are prepared in a regular, timely and accurate manner.
- Measure the equal social, economic, and environmental impact of new policies and plans on the sector.
- Ensure appropriate feedback is gathered on policy development and implementation and benchmark the entity’s policy framework with leading organizations to identify improvements.
- Ensure proper research is conducted on external issues to identify key changes and ensure organizational policies and plans are up-to-date and follow latest trends that are applicable to the organization and the sector.
- Communicate with external stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committee meetings, to support engagement as well as policy development and implementation.
- In collaboration with the Data Management Team, ensure the process of collecting data related to current policies and other relevant data to improve policy planning and decision-making.

The Role
We are seeking a Systems Engineer Hydraulic Systems to join our cutting-edge Engineering & Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, integration, testing, and lifecycle support of hydraulic systems used across ADASI s advanced UAV platforms. These include landing gear, flight control actuators, weapon release systems, and auxiliary hydraulic functions. Your expertise will ensure that these systems are safe, reliable, and compliant with aerospace and defense standards supporting the mission-readiness of some of the most advanced unmanned systems in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage system-level requirements and performance specifications for hydraulic systems
- Design and maintain hydraulic circuit diagrams and interface control documents (ICDs)
- Select and integrate key hydraulic components including pumps, valves, reservoirs, and actuators
- Conduct system-level trade studies and ensure alignment with platform constraints
- Perform analysis and simulations for pressure, flow, contamination control, and thermal effects
- Define and support verification and testing activities including pressure, leak, and endurance tests
- Ensure compliance with aerospace standards including MIL-STD-810, DO-160, and fluid specifications
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and support airworthiness and certification processes
- Collaborate with airframe, avionics, controls, and manufacturing teams to deliver fully integrated solutions
- Engage suppliers and participate in design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) to ensure quality and performance
