About the role

Pontoon is hiring an Engagement Coordinator who reports to the Team Lead or Program Manager of the MSP.

What you’ll be doing

This role manages the end-to-end ‘contractor lifecycle’ from offer acceptance through to onboarding, and all assignment changes in between (commonly known as HR Operations). In addition, this position serves as a contractor care function for in-bound queries as well as a custodian for the Banks’ policies and regulations - such as but not limited to background screening, tenure management and access provisioning.

(Position level commensurate with experience)

About you

Required experience

  • 2+ years’ experience in HR Operations – either on-site or via a staffing agency, as a minimum:
    • Onboarding
    • Background screening
    • Assignment Amendments
    • Responding to HR Tickets
    • Offboarding
  • Working knowledge of relevant 3 rd party employment regulations, HR checks / processes and passing annual audits

Desirable experience

  • Meet and exceed relevant SLA’s with ‘right first time’ mindset and predictable results.
  • VMS experience – Fieldglass, Beeline, Wand etc.
  • HRIS experience – Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors etc.
  • Banking, Financial Services or other services-based MNC experience including knowledge or PRO work and processes

Skills

  • Exceptional customer service, written/verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Intermediate MS Excel

Your Role

  6. A post-secondary business or engineering degree or professional qualification.

As a Digital Strategist you will play a pivotal role in driving product success by translating business needs into actionable product requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our product aligns with market demands meets customer expectations and delivers measurable business value.

What Youll Do

  • Strategic Alignment: Manage and optimize the product backlog ensuring continuous alignment to product vision roadmap and priorities that maximize the product and business value.
    • Requirement Elicitation: Conduct in-depth interviews workshops and analysis to gather understand and translate business and user needs within the context of scaled agile frameworks.
      • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (strategy design development and testing) to ensure a shared understanding in value and priority of each requirement.
        • Backlog Prioritization: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog based on value dependencies and risks. Proactively identifying opportunities adjusting the backlog as needed to ensure continued success.
          • Backlog Refinement: Facilitate backlog refinement breaking down features into smaller more manageable user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
            • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support.
              • Decision Making: Leverage business needs analytics and stakeholders feedback to support informed decisions.
                • Continuous Delivery: Support the implementation of continuous delivery practices to enable faster time-to-market and improve product quality.
                  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the context of scaled Agile.

                                          What you bring:

                                          • 7 yearsof experienceworking on enterprisedigitalinitiatives software development or related IT projects as Product Ownerorin asimilar role.
                                            • CMS experience (such as Sitecore Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or others) required.
                                              • Salesforce experience is preferred.
                                                • Strongunderstandingand familiarity withenterprisedigitalplatformssuch as CRM ERP PIMsystems.
                                                  • Strong understandingand familiarity withdatainterchangeacross the digital experience through engagement customer journey enabled byAPIManagement platforms.
                                                    • Strongunderstanding andfamiliaritywithbusiness process definition andfunctional areas such as Commerce Marketing AutomationContent Strategy PersonalizationCustomer Servicecriticaltothe success of client initiatives.
                                                      • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required.
                                                        • Demonstrated experience working as a Product Owner specifically backlog management writing user stories leading backlog refinement iterative development frequent delivery and continuous feedback.
                                                          • Experience working in scaled agile environments and a strong understanding of the principles and practices of frameworks like SAFe as an example active participation in PI planning events and ART sync meetings.
                                                            • Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
                                                              • Relevant Product Ownership and Agile certifications such as SAFe PMPO/CSPO (preferred).
                                                                • Experience withJira/Confluence toolset (preferred).
                                                                  • UAT and testingexperience(preferred).

Seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead data-driven campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, loyalty, or CRM-led growth and a proven ability to drive measurable outcomes.

Critical responsibilities include planning and executing targeted marketing initiatives based on member behavior, transaction history, and segmentation (RFM, churn risk, new joiners, etc.).

  • Execute cross-partner targeting to increase retention and frequency
