Job Description:

The Offshore Engineering Lead is responsible for the safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant operation and maintenance of all machinery, systems, and equipment onboard. This position requires ADNOC approval and extensive experience in offshore operations, ensuring all engine room activities meet ADNOC and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the maintenance planning, execution, and documentation of all engine room activities
2. Ensure compliance with ISM Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, and ADNOC protocols
3. Lead a team of engineers in troubleshooting and emergency situations
4. Maintain accurate records of maintenance, PMS, and reporting to the Master and clients

Requirements:

• ADNOC approved as Chief Engineer

• Valid STCW certificates, Passport, and Seaman Book
