We are seeking an organized and proactive Support Coordinator to join our team.
Job Description- The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the engineering or technical services industry.
- The successful candidate will be highly organized and able to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:- Expense Entry and Record Keeping: The Support Coordinator will enter and update daily operational and project-related expenses in the accounting software.
- Invoice Preparation: The Support Coordinator will prepare and issue proforma invoices for service and technical jobs.
- Documentation Management: The Support Coordinator will compile and share documents required by clients, including gate passes and job sheets.
- Logistics and Shipment Coordination: The Support Coordinator will communicate with suppliers and logistics companies to track and schedule deliveries.
- Administrative Support: The Support Coordinator will perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning, printing, and organizing records.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the engineering or technical services industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Key Accountabilities

- Perform technical studies in-house or manage technical studies through Engineering Consultants and provide technical reports with appropriate recommendations in line with the scope of RTS for Piping engineering
- Review / approve drawings, specification, data sheets and other technical documents related to piping engineering for all types of projects.
- Ensure that the Consultants / Engineering Contractors designs are in accordance with the Scope of Work and facilities delivered to end-users are safe, reliable, operable & maintainable.
- Update and develop company's DGS (Design General Specifications), in order to take account of lessons learnt from projects, current practices, latest technology and changes in international codes / standards
- Develop and Issue Company Design General Specifications (DGS), Standards, procedures and guidelines related to piping engineering for use in-house or by the Contractors with regard to projects undertaken.
- Ensure company Design General Specifications & Standards are updated, developed, maintained and implemented on all phases of Projects being executed by the Projects Group, in line with ADNOC guidelines and industry best practice
- Participate in RCA (root cause analysis) related to piping systems failure, troubleshoot chronic plant problems and recommend solutions
- Ensure that the repetitive failure of piping systems is eliminated / mitigated and that proposed solutions are designed to safeguard company's plant asset safety, integrity, maintainability and continuous operability
- Participate in the review and endorsement in order to prequalify suppliers, vendors, manufacturers, consultants in the area of piping
- Ensure that suppliers, vendors, manufacturers, consultants under consideration are qualified and competent to supply goods / provide services to company.
- Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives.
- Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective functional objectives.
- Provide input for preparation of the functional budgets and assist in the implementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver functional objectives.
- Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control
- Implement approved Section / Team / Department policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the work programs in line with Company and International standards.
- Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the function in line with the Company Performance framework.
- Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.
- Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with best Industry standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function.
- Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices.
- Provide inputs to prepare MIS and progress reports for Company Management.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent professional qualification .
- 8 years of experience in piping engineering within a large Engineering Companies, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry .
- Good knowledge in engineering & technical support to Pipeline Operations and technical projects related to pipeline engineering in oil and gas industry.
- Good knowledge in piping design and engineering, selection of piping and valve materials, complying to code requirement in oil and gas industry.
- Familiarity of international design codes and standards, procurement, construction, pre- commissioning / commissioning and maintenance of Piping in Oil & Gas.
- Good knowledge in Pipeline Stress Analysis. Familiar with Piping Stress analysis software like CEASER, Auto Pipe, etc.
- Familiarity of the capabilities and shortcomings of piping related contractors / manufacturers, and a proven track record of conducting technical and commercial negotiations with them.
- Awareness in HAZOP for system examination and risk management.
- Planning and Organizing, Scheduling and Coordinating, Checking, Examining and Recording.

The BootStack team designs, builds, and operates modern distributed systems on private infrastructure for customers. From Kubernetes to OpenStack and everything in-between, you'll be working with the latest technology in a fast-paced engineering environment. As a Cloud Engineering Manager for the BootStack team, you will be responsible for managing the engineers that oversee day-to-day Managed Service of customer environments, including customer service management, managed services operations and consistent product improvement engineering. Collaboration with customers, product engineering, and operations is critical to success.
Location: This is a globally remote role.
The role entails
- Manage a growing engineering team to optimise the quality and velocity of both development and operations
- Identify and measure team health indicators
- Implement disciplined engineering and operations processes
- Represent the BootStack team with respect to stakeholders, customers, and external teams
- Ensure proper team focus on priorities, milestones, and deliverables
- Work to meet service level agreements with customer deployments around the globe
- Deliver quality managed services in a consistent, timely manner
- Bachelors (or equivalent) education in a technology field
- Proven track record of professional experience of either software delivery using Python, Go, C, C++, Java, or similar and/or managing operations teams
- Proven experience with OpenStack
- Demonstrated strong commitment to testing methodologies and maintainable code quality
- Experience with Linux system administration, Ubuntu/Debian a plus
- Strong communication and cooperation skills
- Experience with agile software development methodologies
- Experience working in and managing distributed teams
- Technical aptitude for understanding complex distributed systems
- Experience with cloud topologies and technologies
- Travel to team and company events and customer meetings, roughly 20% or less

We are hiring an Engineering Manager .
This role is an opportunity for a technologist with a passion for Linux and Cloud technologies to build a career with Canonical and drive the success with those leveraging Ubuntu and open source products. The BootStack team designs, builds, and operates modern distributed systems on private infrastructure for customers. From Kubernetes to OpenStack and everything in-between, you'll be working with the latest technology in a fast-paced engineering environment. As a Cloud Engineering Manager for the BootStack team, you will be responsible for managing the engineers that oversee day-to-day Managed Service of customer environments, including customer service management, managed services operations and consistent product improvement engineering. Collaboration with customers, product engineering, and operations is critical to success.
Location: This is a globally remote role.
The role entails
- Manage a growing engineering team to optimise the quality and velocity of both development and operations
- Identify and measure team health indicators
- Implement disciplined engineering and operations processes
- Represent the BootStack team with respect to stakeholders, customers, and external teams
- Ensure proper team focus on priorities, milestones, and deliverables
- Work to meet service level agreements with customer deployments around the globe
- Deliver quality managed services in a consistent, timely manner
- Bachelors (or equivalent) education in a technology field
- Proven track record of professional experience of either software delivery using Python, Go, C, C++, Java, or similar and/or managing operations teams
- Proven experience with OpenStack
- Demonstrated strong commitment to testing methodologies and maintainable code quality
- Experience with Linux system administration, Ubuntu/Debian a plus
- Strong communication and cooperation skills
- Experience with agile software development methodologies
- Experience working in and managing distributed teams
- Technical aptitude for understanding complex distributed systems
- Experience with cloud topologies and technologies
- Travel to team and company events and customer meetings, roughly 20% or less
