The Entertainment Technical Manager supervises & monitors the day-to-day operation & corrective maintenance of AVLP and special effects in assets and attractions through all sites managed by Miral Experiences. Performs daily & random inspections of all Show technology areas and reports the findings and corrective actions needed.
The job scope includes:
- Perform daily inspections of all Entertainment Technical areas and report the findings and corrective actions needed. Ensuring SOP and Job plans are strictly followed

- Meet divisional goals and metrics & ensure safety, health, and environmental matters are followed and adhered to
- Support and manage all events including live shows
- Assist in vendor selection and approve all designs ahead of project start up
- De-snag all open technical projects from third parties and manage and mitigate all time losses and claims
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet with Farah Leisure/industry standards
- Lead the maintenance activities and distribute work to the team
- Assist HR in its recruitment activities
- Conduct appraisals for team members and establish and set their KPIs
- Perform other duties as required
To be considered for the role, you will need to have:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the AVLP or Maintenance Department
- Hands on installation experience
- Related technical qualification
- Proven ability in trouble shooting
- Proven ability in day to day operational management
- Able to adhere to strict timelines
- Clear understanding of both written and spoken English
- Ability to understand one line drawings and schematics
- Able to spend long hours standing if required
- Possess a firm knowledge of installation tools and have the ability to use them

Job Overview:
Here's your chance to step into the role of Senior Coordinator Quality, Business Excellence & Training at Motiongate. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:
Process Development
- Coordinate the documentation of core & support function policies, processes, procedures & forms
- Process Flow charting & mapping
- Maintain all register of QMS / systems documents including policies, processes, and forms
- Coordinate the review, approval and release of policies, processes, procedures and forms as per policy
Process Implementation
- Implementation of the process management system to meet the Management System requirements
- Control the policies, processes, procedures, and forms database
- Manage communication program for new processes to internal stakeholders
- Work with process owners to maintain awareness levels of policies, processes, procedures & forms
Process Improvement
- Identification of process improvement opportunities across business units
- Apply standard process methodologies to achieve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Monitor effects and improvement projects through business results
Data Analysis
- Manage the feedback process, identify the problems and execute the feedback process into action
- Improve the business excellence through monitoring, analyzing performance and taking corrective/preventive actions
- Improve the data accuracy in data warehouse by understanding the missing data elements and execute corrective plan to enhance the data streamline
- Manage Guest satisfaction survey, summarize/visualize results and highlight likely insights for the top management
Training
- Liaise with external training providers to organize relevant QHSE training activities for the individual or organizational needs identified
- Align and follow the learning and development standards and processes in the planning, administration, delivery and evaluation of training and other developmental activities
- Develop, organize, deliver and/or facilitate HSE trainings related to technical, behavioral, legal, compliance and other types deemed necessary to HSE
- Provide necessary welfare and emergency support and other arrangements to training attendees and ensure that notification, advise and reporting processes are adhered to in cases of incidents that happen during the conduct of training
About you:
The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Hospitality/Theme Park in Quality, Process Management, Guest Experience Management roles, and /or experience as an HSE Practitioner
- Minimum 2 years in creating and conducting training, or significant demonstrable experience in the design and delivery of learning activities
- Ability to communicate and coordinate effective with stakeholders
- Knowledge of budgeting, procurement and other financial processes
- Writing process documentation
