Role Overview

The Solutions Engineer is responsible for designing and proposing Air Quality solutions, project planning and coordination, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. This role involves close collaboration with project teams, suppliers, and clients to deliver high-quality solutions that meet project specifications and budgetary guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solutions Design & Proposal Submissions:
    • Scope and design Air Quality solutions using available technologies and budget guidelines
    • Update technical information, CAD drawings, and layouts
    • Calculate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and update pricing matrices
    • Provide clients with all required submittal documents
    • Maintain project profitability through accurate pricing and cost management
    • Update internal templates and files as necessary
  • Project Planning & Execution:
    • Plan projects and review execution against project scopes
    • Source pricing information and identify suppliers for new products and technologies
  • Records Management & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate daily records for activities, procurements, purchases, and customer/project maintenance
  • Presentation & Documentation:
    • Develop tender templates, product information documents, and project reports
    • Ensure all project data is accurate and relevant
  • Innovation & Growth:
    • Evaluate new products, solutions, and technologies to enhance business offerings and growth
RequirementsQualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required
  • At least 5 years of experience in consultancy, MEP Engineering, or HVAC/Air Quality Design is essential
  • Experience in Procurement, Estimation, or Solution Design is a plus
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must-have
  • A solid understanding of specifications processes and relevant documentation is necessary
  • Strong time management abilities and proficiency in MS Office are expected
