Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Professional Experience and Certification: minimum of three to four years of experience in the environmental, health, and safety field or consulting, mainly reporting. Professional certification or licensure within ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO64001, LEED, ESTIDAMA PQP, WELL, any additional certification is an added value.
  • Technical and Analytical Skills: strong analytical skills and proficiency in environmental assessment methodologies. must be adept at using specialized software programs. should also have experience with the environmental due diligence process and conducting sample collection in soil, groundwater, soil gas, and air.

**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Work with urban planners and architects to produce high-quality 2D CAD drawings and layouts for master planning projects, with **MicroStation** as the primary platform.
+ Prepare and manage base maps, sign-off sheets, land-use plans, and plot development guidelines in compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) and Dubai Development Authority (DDA) standards.
