- A full-time Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, along with an M. Tech in Industrial Safety or an Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS) approved by the state technical board/RLI/CLI.

- Record incident and accident reports.
- Inspect and maintain safety equipment and tools, ensuring regular checks and repairs.
- Manage first aid kits, keep stock records, and provide first aid when needed.
- Participate in and lead evacuation drills and manage emergency evacuation teams.
- Ensure emergency exit doors are well maintained.
- Monitor high-risk activities.
- Implement waste management and housekeeping systems, maintaining social hygiene.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the department head.
