·Assist in preparation of internal corporate documents such as board resolutions, shareholder agreements, and service provider contracts.

·Monitor evolving laws, industry standards, and policy trends relevant to trading markets, financial regulation, and environmental commodities.

Whilst there is a degree of flexibility, there are some core guidelines that make the backbone of the client expectations:

• England and Wales qualified, with a PQE guideline of at least 2+, and probably no more than 8 years.
• Generalist skill set across commercial, corporate, transactions, and / or financial services work.
• Exposure to financial services trading and regulated financial markets is ideal.
• Current UAE residence will be preferred but very suitable overseas applicants will also be considered.

We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive our ESG agenda and champion long-term environmental impact.

• Own and execute the corporate sustainability strategy, including decarbonization, climate adaptation, circular economy, and more.
• Lead the full sustainability reporting cycle, encompassing data collection, materiality assessments, stakeholder engagement, and assurance, in line with GRI, CDP, SASB, and UN SDG frameworks.
• Manage and improve ESG ratings, certifications, and disclosures, including MSCI ESG, Sustainalytics, and EcoVadis.
