We are seeking an experienced Cost Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and/or executing all estimating activities for a programme of works.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop Order of Cost Estimates/Cost Models/Cost Plans for feasibility purposes at inception, planning stage, procurement stage, and third-party estimate reviews during the design stage.
- Create pre-tender estimates to forecast the most probable tender price based on published tender information.
- Undertake three-point estimates for pricing risk.
- Analyse data to maintain an estimating database.

- Undertake discrete cost estimating for the following tasks typically carried out by the Design Consultant or a Third Party:
