- Experience with eCommerce Hybris operations handling including platform management and fulfillment systems (experience with ticketing systems such as JIRA is a plus)

- Regularly audit competitor activities on a local and global level.
- Benchmark global best practices and find insights for regional optimization strategy.
- Manage customer reviews, FAQs, and other feedback, coordinating with operations teams.
- Able to produce and assess regular reporting for product and sales performance KPIs.
- Incident handling in coordination with eStore Incident Manager.
Essential skills and experience:
- At least 10+ years experience in a relevant e-commerce company or division.
- Ability to handle multiple demands efficiently, while being well organized and maintaining high attention to detail.
- Comfortable interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to be able to track and generate data-based insights.
- Must possess good interpersonal skills in order to build strong positive business relationships.
- Solid understanding of E-Commerce & Digital Marketing best practices.
- Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, and manage change effectively.
Qualification:
- Master or Bachelor degree in marketing or similar with at least 10 years of experience in working in e-commerce.

Website Operations (KIBO)
- Execute day-to-day website updates using the KIBO platform.
- Support content creation teams by building landing pages, campaigns, and seasonal features.
- Support website refresh and merchandising activities to increase conversion.
- Coordinate with merchandising teams to ensure timely go-live of new products.
- Ensure that products are accurately tagged, categorized, and optimized for search and SEO.
- Assist in the testing and publishing of content, ensuring high standards of accuracy and customer experience
Quick Commerce Platform Management
- Manage product catalogue listings, stock sync, pricing, and availability on Deliveroo, Foodpanda, Instashop, Grab, and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate the upload and maintenance of digital assets aligned with marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor platform-level KPIs (order availability, cancellation rates, delivery windows) and resolve issues with urgency.
- Adapt creative content (product names, descriptions, imagery) as needed for local relevance and platform guidelines.
Campaign Execution & Digital Asset Coordination
- Liaise with internal teams to gather and upload marketing assets for campaigns (email, homepage banners, push notifications, PPC).
- Build content briefs according to business direction and trends
- Maintain a tracker of go-live timelines across both web and partner platforms.
- Coordinate with SEO and performance marketing teams for content optimization and keyword usage.
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate and share daily/weekly reports on content status, product availability, platform performance, and campaign execution.
- Provide insight-based recommendations to improve digital execution and site/platform KPIs.
- Collaborate with the Trade Manager and trade teams to refine digital merchandising based on data trends.
Required Skills to be successful:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple platforms simultaneously.
- Proactive, reliable, and solutions-driven.
- Strong team player who can work independently and take initiative.
- Ability to adapt visual assets or content for local markets where needed.

Your RoleWe are looking for a Digital Sales Specialist. In this role, you are the heart of growth and customer satisfaction, promoting Technogym Digital Solutions.
You have excellent advisory skills, as the role requires elements of sales, project implementation and delivery, education, and customer retention. You have a passion for fitness, digital technology, and wellness and are driven by performance. You are a strong team player and a professional with exceptional customer relationship skills. This role includes a mix of the following tasks:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Building a strong network, mastering lead generation techniques, and staying informed to find and qualify potential customers;
- Communication and Relationship Building: Developing strong communication skills, active listening, and focusing on building trust through genuine interaction during and after the sale;
- Achieving sales and profit goals for our digital offerings: Software, hardware, devices, training, and consulting.

What You Need to Bring
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in digital sales;

- Skills in long-term customer relationship management;
