Position: Document Controller
Location: UAE

Job Purpose:
To manage and control project documentation in compliance with Etisalat and company procedures ensuring accurate records easy retrieval and secure storage of all documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the receipt distribution and tracking of all project-related documents for Etisalat telecom projects.

  • Maintain an up-to-date log of all incoming and outgoing correspondence documents drawings and approvals.

  • Ensure proper filing (soft & hard copies) of all Etisalat project documents for easy retrieval.

  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness before submission to Etisalat or internal departments.

  • Coordinate with project managers engineers and subcontractors for timely submission of required documents.

  • Follow Etisalats standard document control procedures and templates for all submissions (NOCs work permits drawings test reports etc.).

  • Manage access and security of confidential documents.

  • Ensure timely submission of project deliverables to Etisalat in line with agreed schedules.

  • Support audits and compliance checks by providing requested documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in administration engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in document control preferably in telecom or Etisalat projects within UAE.

  • Strong knowledge of Etisalat documentation standards and processes.

  • Proficient in MS Office Excel and document management systems.

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior work with Etisalat-approved contractors.

  • Knowledge of Etisalat portals and submission processes.
