Role Overview
As a Retail Sales Area Manager – Modern Trade, you will be responsible for supervising a sales team, driving sales performance, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple modern trade locations. This role requires mobility across the UAE and a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales promoters in modern trade outlets
- Achieve Daily, monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ensure Kiosk readiness and cleanliness at all times
- Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews
- Coordinate with partner management team
- Train and guide new team members
- Submit daily/weekly reports to the sales manager
- Hunting for new Business locations and closure
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Retail sales management experience, preferably in the UAE telecom sector
- Proven team leadership skills and ability to drive results
- UAE driving license
- Willingness to work across all Emirates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in reporting and basic Excel skills
- Fluency in English; other languages (Hindi, Arabic) are a plus
