Job Purpose:
To manage and control project documentation in compliance with Etisalat and company procedures ensuring accurate records easy retrieval and secure storage of all documents.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the receipt distribution and tracking of all project-related documents for Etisalat telecom projects.
Maintain an up-to-date log of all incoming and outgoing correspondence documents drawings and approvals.
Ensure proper filing (soft & hard copies) of all Etisalat project documents for easy retrieval.
Review documents for accuracy and completeness before submission to Etisalat or internal departments.
Coordinate with project managers engineers and subcontractors for timely submission of required documents.
Follow Etisalats standard document control procedures and templates for all submissions (NOCs work permits drawings test reports etc.).
Manage access and security of confidential documents.
Ensure timely submission of project deliverables to Etisalat in line with agreed schedules.
Support audits and compliance checks by providing requested documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree or diploma in administration engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in document control preferably in telecom or Etisalat projects within UAE.
Strong knowledge of Etisalat documentation standards and processes.
Proficient in MS Office Excel and document management systems.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Preferred Experience:
Prior work with Etisalat-approved contractors.
Knowledge of Etisalat portals and submission processes.
