The Regional Officer/Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering a seamless connection between branches, franchisees, channel partners, and the Head Office. This individual ensures that student needs are consistently met with high-quality service, thereby upholding the organization's reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Office Management and Student Conversions
- Oversee the entire process from student walk-ins to conversions across all field offices within the assigned region.
- Achieve specific student conversion targets for the region.
- Fully comprehend the business model and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) required from each field office.
- Travel extensively across the assigned country, targeting major cities and towns to generate student business from Channel Partners.
- Establish new channel partnerships in the allocated region.
- Collaborate with Head Office and HR to effectively organize the region, identifying specific support needs from HO.
- Understand and align the expectations and challenges of both the Business Units and field offices, and set up an operational framework in consultation with HO.
- Process Efficiency
- Conduct regular reviews of field offices to identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring that service quality and speed are maintained.
- Ensure that student-facing staff in the field are well-trained in relevant knowledge and SOPs.
- Coordination with Business Units
- Collaborate with Business Units at HO to ensure field offices receive adequate support.
- Liaise with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in each Business Unit to ensure field offices are equipped with the necessary knowledge to effectively serve their target students.
- Regional Marketing Activity
- Plan and execute regional marketing initiatives in coordination with the Head of Marketing at HO.
- Provide ground-level support for marketing activities in each region and assist in tailoring marketing strategies to meet the region's specific needs.
- Field Offices: Serving as the operational head of the region/country.
- Business Units: Ensuring better alignment between field offices and Business Units to enhance the student experience.
- Marketing: Collaborating on the planning and execution of regional marketing activities.
- Operations in HO: Coordinating all backend processes, including visas.
- Senior Leadership: Providing updates on regional performance and receiving strategic guidance.
- Requires a highly energetic individual capable of balancing the demands of HO and field offices.
- Significant travel is required to ensure smooth operations across field offices.
- This sales-focused role involves independently managing a region, preparing the incumbent for a future independent P&L role.
- The position offers exposure to the broad field of overseas education and the opportunity to interact with professionals representing leading international universities, providing a rich learning experience.

What you’ll be doing as a Regional Sales Manager for Middle East & Africa
In this role you will:
· Develop the strategic marketing and sales activities of Bell’s entire commercial product line in Middle East & Africa.
· Represent, negotiate and sell for Bell at all levels within private and government agencies.
