A Junior Evaluator and an essential member of our winning Fine Fragrances Development team for the South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa region, and based in our Regional Creative Centre in Dubai - Could this be your future position?

The consumer grooming and cleaning regimen intersects with Consumer Products (Personal Care, Home & Air Care, Fabric Care, Oral Care), Fine Fragrances (Perfumes & Luxury Scents), and Active Beauty products, with fragrance at the core of every experience. Due to increasing Fine Fragrances business activity and to further build upon our continued success in the region, we are recruiting for a 'Junior Evaluator' . You will be based in our Regional Creative Centre in Dubai and report to the Fine Fragrances Creative Fragrance Director for South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. You will provide fragrance winners to Sales by managing briefs, evaluating and selecting successful fragrances for our clients while developing relationships with our teams.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for -
Projects: Manage internal resources according to the project priority by the immediate superior. Set up action plans and timetables for each brief. Set general fragrance directions, organise evaluation sessions, evaluate candidates, and provide feedback to perfumers. Coordinate with other departments for specific brief needs. Ensure feedback to the sales teams.
Creation: Motivate and stimulate perfumers to achieve optimum creation. Create confidence and inspiration. Investigate potentially promising olfactive routes with perfumers. Help elaborate on the Library (Colibri). Develop a good olfactory knowledge of marketing brands. Feed marketing with the olfactive judgement of strategic marketing products and be ready to give olfactive presentations to clients.
Market understanding: Develop a better understanding of consumer attitudes thanks to market research. Develop an understanding of our client's culture thanks to marketing. Feed the affiliates with the best themes created to keep them up to date with the collection and use local Creative Fragrance Managers to upgrade the local taste.
Your professional profile includes - Advanced degree in perfumery with 3+ years of relevant experience in managing evaluation projects in the Fine Fragrances category. Good knowledge and passion for the world of fragrances Consumer understanding: Has experience with market insights, protocols, and practices, and a broad knowledge of the consumer landscape in India. A team player and comfortable with cultural diversity. Good project management skills.
