- Develop and execute the sales strategy for event sponsorships across multiple industry-leading platforms.
- Identify, pitch to, and secure new sponsors and commercial partners for our events portfolio.
- BUILD long-term relationships with clients and ensure delivery of sponsorship benefits.
- Collaborate with the Events, Editorial, and Marketing teams to create compelling proposals and packages.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and deliverables to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with event executives to deliver the sponsorship agreement.
- Track sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and report performance to management.
- Represent us at relevant industry networking events and client meetings.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum 3–5 years of event sponsorship experience, preferably within media, events, or marketing sectors in the UAE.
- A strong network of brand and agency contacts in the region.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- A strong understanding of integrated media and brand activation.
- The ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and contribute to a fast-paced team.
- A UAE driving license is required.
