Job Summary- Ensure efficient operation in quality, speed, and accuracy to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Manage kitchen controls such as labor cost, inventory, stock management, scheduling, and purchasing
- Follow and enforce compliance with all restaurant safety, sanitation, and safety policies in accordance with local codes
- Maintain a collaborative and unified working relationship between management and kitchen staff
- Assist in staff development, training, retention, and engagement within the kitchen
Qualifications:
- Age 40 years and below
- At least 3 years of experience in restaurant or cloud kitchen operations and management
