Seddiqi Holding is looking for a Communications Executive (8 months contract) who will be responsible for the execution of strategic internal and external communications initiatives, which measurably advance the positioning of Seddiqi Holding and its respective entities across relevant platforms and amongst our stakeholders. They will also support the Corporate Communications team with ESG elements as we work towards outlining this for the business and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executes an effective PR calendar for the business alongside the corporate PR agency. This includes supporting on all press office requests and asset creation.
  • Execute quarterly updates of the corporate communications toolkit for each entity across all platforms. This entails assisting with development of documents – including but not limited to FAQs, profiles, corporate presentations etc.
  • Assist with all PR and Comms execution involving approved spokespeople (internal/external opps).
  • In-house support for all brand related PR requirements across the Group including Ahmed Seddiqi and Mizzen brands.
  • On-ground events support for all corporate, Ahmed Seddiqi brand events and Dubai Watch Week 2025.
  • Support the CE as POC for all external agencies we work with across SH, BUs, and brands in the Ahmed Seddiqi portfolio.
  • Refresh reporting templates and implement BIC practice for the business across local, regional, and international publications, SM platforms etc. (reporting). This includes sharing monthly internal reports on progress/status updates
  • Assist with all internal communications requirements including but not limited to drafting internal comms, asset creation support and internal platform engagement (Viva Engage)
  • Support the M-CC and CE with updating all the SH spokespersons LI profiles.
  • Maintain a live tracker of all partnerships and sponsorships received on a Group level in partnership with the M-CC.
  • Support the CE with all influencer activity across the Group – this includes but is not limited to brief development, content creation support, in-house liaison, store liaison, reporting etc.Assist in preparation of the corporate newsletter via the SH Intranet – launching in August 2025.
  • Analyse global & local market trends and the changing consumer requirements to encourage innovation and progressive forms of communications tactics.
