Key Responsibilities:

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business development or sponsorship within events, arts, culture, or hospitality sectors.
· Strong knowledge of the UAE business and social landscape is highly preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
· Strong background in business development, sponsorship, or partnership management.
· Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with proven ability to communicate at senior levels.
· Proficient in proposal writing, partnership metrics, and client servicing.
