JOB ROLE:

  • Heading the Creative Team with regards to Graphic Design / Web Design / Art / Visualizer
  • Invent new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns and marketing messages.

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Executive to help grow and sustain our team of talented individuals. Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, attracting and hiring candidates for entry to senior positions
  • Maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates to fill future requirements
  • Liaising with all departments to plan for future recruitment needs
  • Liaising with strategic development partner to understand and fill current and future positions
  • Monitor and act upon market trends with regards to recruitment in the UAE and recruitment in the real estate industry
  • Create adverts and marketing content with marketing department in order to engage and interact with active and passive candidates in the market
  • Filling any requirements from CBS or our development partner in a timely manner
  • Providing feedback to candidates
  • Creating job adverts
  • Providing support and advice to all candidates from initial communication to hire
  • General back office support

Experience & Requirements

  • Previous experience in a recruitment role is essential
  • Previous experience in a recruitment based role in the UAE is essential, experience in real estate sector would be preferential
  • Ability to perform to targets and in a time sensitive environment
  • Great written and verbal communication
  • Ability to collaborate with different departments
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR processes, including visa process and onboarding
  • Previous experience in an HR role is preferred
  • Experience in managing complex administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordinating meetings
  • Experience in interviewing and assessing candidates
  • Previous experience in providing operational support across multiple departments is preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite is required
