About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Support Specialist to provide personal and professional assistance to our Executive Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate schedule, appointments, reservations and travel arrangements for the Executive Director.
  2. Plan, organize and co-ordinate functions and events for the Executive Director.
  3. Support the Executive Director with the preparation of business presentations and board meeting reports.
  4. Gather, analyze and provide insights on industry trends using data for the businesses managed by the Executive Director.
  5. Carry out first level vetting and review of correspondence addressed to the office of the Executive Director.
  6. Prepare high-quality written agreements, memos, letters, and other documents for the Executive Director.

  8. Drive and manage projects as directed by the Executive Director.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of seven (7) years' experience as an Executive Assistant to a C-level executive is required.
  • Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators or equivalent is an added advantage.
  • A Bachelor's degree or HND in English, Secretarial Administration, or a related field is mandatory.
  • The ideal candidate must have exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Possesses strong data analytics, business writing, research, and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Sr. Executive - Sales Support plays a critical role in supporting the Business Development team by providing quick and accurate responses to customer inquiries, including preparing and sending quotations when the team is out in the field.
