Personal Assistant Details and Schedule

A wonderful UHNW family residing in Dubai is looking for a full-time, live-out Personal Assistant to assist them with their daily lives and private right-hand support. This family of four has two young children and a dog.

Please only apply for this Personal Assistant role if you are already based here in the UAE and ready for an ASAP start at the beginning of August. A strong knowledge of Dubai is important.

They lead busy lives and would prefer the candidate to be flexible and possess a 24-hour mindset to be flexible out of hours when needed, but this isn’t a 24/7 role.

The family will also employ a second assistant, who you will work closely with to assist one another to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

A young and lively entrepreneurial UHNW family requires support on a personal basis with the establishment of their private household in UAE as they transition permanently from Europe to their residence in Dubai. The Personal Assistant will be instrumental in assisting with a seamless transition, managing the existing Household Manager, recruitment of staff, overseeing nannies and other staff members, assisting with interior design and managing maintenance contractors. Additionally, a large part of the role will be responsible for full inventory management, control and accounting for all household expenditure and weekly reporting to Principal. This is a very busy household, with two small children, and a key knowledge of nurseries, schools and extracurricular activities will be expected. Taking a hands-on approach, you will oversee the the nannies and drivers to coordinate the day-to-day activities of the children’s school and after-hours activities. Personal appointments for the Principles, collection of gifts and goods, personal shopping and errands and the organisation of regular social and corporate events held at the main residence in Dubai will also be a core part of this role. The family own several international properties, one of which is under construction in India.
