Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions. Senior Accountant responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures.
Responsibilities- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, chief or senior accountant
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
- In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Awareness of business trends
- Familiarity with financial accounting statements

Prepare and verify all shipping, customs, and regulatory documentation (Invoice, Packing List, COO, Certificate of Conformity, etc.). • Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and international trade laws. Liaise with Dubai Customs, Free Zone Authorities, and relevant government bodies. • Classify products as per correct HS codes and tariff regulations.
Requirements
• Open to Filipino nationals, Female from 40 years old and below • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Logistics & Supply Chain, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in import/export operations within the UAE, preferably in Fashion, FMCG, or retail logistics. • Strong knowledge of UAE customs and port procedures (JAFZA, DAFZA, Dubai Customs), import licenses, duty exemptions, and HS code classifications. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and shipment tracking tools; ERP/logistics platforms (SAP, Oracle, WMS) considered an advantage.

Our client is seeking a solution-focused Operations Specialist to support with managing on-time delivery and execution for a portfolio of government accounts. This role will be based in the Dubai regional headquarters, with frequent travel across the GCC required. The Operations Specialist will manage end-to-end service delivery and contract compliance across a portfolio of accounts in the Middle East. This includes interpreting client contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies, and identifying opportunities for cost-effective outcomes. There will be ongoing coordination with global teams, clients, and local partners to ensure timely delivery of projects within the required scope and budget. This role requires regular onsite presence in order to effectively oversee operations, provide in-depth progress reports, and identify any skill gaps where additional training is required for partners/colleagues. A high level of flexibility is a prerequisite for the role, with frequent travel at short notice across the region.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in logistics, preferably in the GCC with exposure to project-based assignments. A strong understanding of commercial contracts and operational execution is required, alongside excellent relationship-building skills. Our client is looking to hire an individual who is able to remain composed under pressure and can be trusted with a high level of autonomy and decision-making. Excellent fluency in English is essential, whilst Arabic or French would be advantageous.
