Job Overview:

The Senior Construction Tech completes a variety of construction assignments with limited supervision. They serve as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience, demonstrating proficiency in analytical processes to carry out tasks and providing solutions in atypical situations. They directly impact the quality of team work.

Responsibilities

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Querying, structuring, cleaning, and transforming datasets for analytics and reporting related to engineering, procurement, and construction data.
  • Developing plans for project material storage, handling, transportation, and FTM.
  • Supervising material bag/tagging and reconciliation activities.
  • Leading preparations for delivering project ship loose items offshore.
  • Planning, coordinating, and managing the lifecycle of equipment, including maintenance, repairs, and utilization tracking.
  • Supporting the operation team in equipment budgeting and procurement of new equipment.
  • Establishing systems for asset lifecycle management and making replacement recommendations.
  • Collaborating with procurement to evaluate technology upgrades for efficiency, maintenance cost reduction, and lifecycle improvement.
  • Identifying cost savings and providing recommendations to management.
  • Monitoring compliance with asset-related procedures and overseeing procurement, refurbishment, and repairs to ensure quality standards.
Qualifications

Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • Graduate or Diploma in Material Management.
  • Over 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Fabrication, Construction, Marine, or Petrochemical industries, with systems administration experience.
  • Familiarity with offshore/onshore engineering 3D design and detailing tools (S3D, E3D, Tekla, Spoolgen).
  • Hands-on experience with design review tools like Smartplant Review and Autodesk Forge.
  • Knowledge of report design, development, and distribution tools (SSRS, PowerBI, Tableau, Telerik).
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Extensive job-related training and on-the-job experience demonstrating proficiency in various processes and procedures.

**Job Overview:**
The Senior Construction Tech completes a variety of Construction assignments as needed and can complete work with a limited degree of supervision. They are an informal resource for colleagues with less Construction experience. The Senior Construction Tech has developed proficiency in various analytical processes or procedures to carry out assigned tasks. They provide solutions to problems in atypical or infrequently occurring situations based on existing precedents or procedures. They directly impact the quality of the work of the team.
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities:**
+ Engineering/ Procurement/ Construction data wrangling - querying, structuring, cleaning, and transforming datasets for imports/exports, analytics, and reporting
+ Responsible for the development of a plan for project material storage, handling, transport & FTM
+ Supervise the project material bag/tag & material reconciliation activities
+ Lead the preparation for delivery of project ship loose items to offshore
+ Responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the life cycle of all equipment, incorporating effective maintenance and repair, and including the tracking of equipment and its utilization
+ Support the operation team to prepare equipment budgets and procure potential new equipment
+ Establish a system to define the life cycle of an asset and make recommendations as and when any asset requires replacement
+ Work with the Procurement department to evaluate new technology upgrades on our current assets related to efficiency/energy improvement, maintenance cost reduction, and life cycle improvement
+ Define cost savings and provide a recommendation to management
+ Monitor compliance with all assets-related procedures
+ Monitor and manage all procurement, refurbishment, and repair, quality control of in-house repairs of assets to ensure established procedures are followed
**Essential Qualifications and Education:**
+ Any Graduate/Diploma in Material Management
+ Over 8 years in the Oil & Gas/ Fabrication/Construction/Marine/Petrochemical industry as a systems admin

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PMC Fabyard Senior QA/QC Engineer mechanical(piping/NDT) with a proven track record in leading and managing a team of Offshore QC Engineers and Designers for large-scale Oil & Gas projects.

The Key Objectives For This Role Are
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of static and rotating mechanical systems, ensuring timely, cost-effective project execution while integrating procurement quality management.
  • Develop detailed specifications, select appropriate mechanical components, and ensure compliance with industry standards, procurement guidelines, and safety protocols.
  • Provide technical leadership to the engineering team, conducting reviews and evaluations to ensure mechanical system reliability, efficiency, and procurement best practices.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, procurement specialists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration and quality control in mechanical engineering and procurement workflows.
  • Lead testing and commissioning plans for mechanical systems, ensuring proper calibration, procurement quality assurance, and optimal functionality of equipment.

Expected
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent in Quality management, project management or related discipline (essential)
  • Minimum 15 years atleast 10 years in oil & gas and 6 years in FEED/Engineering experience.

  • Membership of CQI/ASQ Quality organizations, Project Management Institute or equivalent (desirable)
  • Experience in the middle east is preferred

JOB PURPOSE:

Review and ensure that anti-money laundering (AML) policies, procedures, and controls cover all applicable laws and regulations, with a particular focus on ADGM regulatory scope and FRSA. Review account opening documentation and client onboarding due diligence checks in accordance with KYC procedures and requirements. Update the AML manual according to the AML module and internal rules. Design and deliver training for business and functional teams.   • Review and collaborate with internal partners to respond appropriately to escalated matters.
  • Monitor and disseminate AML/compliance regulations and policy changes.
  • Manage a direct reporting line to the board and an administrative reporting line to the CEO.
  • Fulfill regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Maintain compliance systems (e.g., customer screening, transaction screening, AML monitoring).
  • Develop and update AML policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Perform risk appraisals and reviews.
  • Provide AML training.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of AML and counter-terrorist financing (CFT) laws, regulations, compliance frameworks, and risk management practices, with a certification from a recognized regulatory body.
  • Robust understanding of legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
