Our Sales Representatives act as a mediator between the company and clients to achieve targeted sales and margins. In addition, they must possess strong communication and negotiation abilities to increase closing ratio.
In this role, you will:
- Build strong relationship with our clients (Sellers and buyers)
- Present the cars features and demonstration (test drive) during field viewings.
- Work closely with our finance, insurance and transfer team to ensure success of vehicle transfer.
- Identifying customer's needs before making recommendations.
- Assist with clients queries and questions via phone, email during the viewings.
- Understand the motors market and its various audiences.
- Follow up with buyers and sellers to improve the closing ratio.
- Promote various models as per the interest of the buyers.
- Understand the inspection report before starting your viewings and explain to the customers the vehicle condition, service, warranty and history professionally.
- Share the inspection report with our buyers.
- Update the viewings and add the comments on the system accurately and on time.
- At least 2 years experience as a field representative /account manager in UAE (Preferred within the Motors industry.
- Experience using CRM software/Apps (Salesforce preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Strong closing skills.
- Strong customer service attitude, work ethic, and a drive for success
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively & efficiently.
- Well-versed in customer services and training techniques with the ability to learn quickly

The Field Support Specialist works closely with the Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to support and increase the sales activity in the Sales Representative's region. Maintains accounts through prospecting, closing, and providing solid market presence including serving customers.
Developing Business
- Preparing and/or distributing marketing materials
- Inspection and evaluation of the property
- Preparing roof drawings and sketches
- Preparing scope of work documents
- Preparing proposals
- Attending sales calls
- Pricing patch and repair jobs
- Providing technical expertise
- Attending meetings with the architect, contractor and/or owner
- Identifying, analyzing, resolving problems
- Preparing reports to owners regarding the condition of roofs.

- Review and resolve concerns of architects, contractors and owners regarding Tremco's installation instructions

- Must have a minimum of two to three years of related hands-on experience and/or training in a similar role.
