**What you'll do:**
The primary function of the role is to perform UPS commissioning, service/repairs and periodic maintenance for Eaton installed base/products and ensure maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be working on Eaton UPS products from small 1-phase UPS to large data center UPS up to 1700kVA.
Main Responsibilties:
+ Follow up on customer agreements and customer satisfaction through planning, execution, documentation and invoicing of service tasks.
+ Support customers in technical questions (phone and/ or mail).
+ Support own colleagues in Service department and Sales with technical knowledge.
+ Participate in required training (technical, mandatory by Eaton or by law).

**Qualifications:**
+ An associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field
+ 3-5 years of relevant experience

Job Overview

The Technical Lead Engineer is responsible for providing highly technical support to Aftermarket Services (NCS) customers and field service engineers in the Middle East industrial gases and LNG industry. · Experience in reading and interpreting electrical, mechanical, and process blueprints and related technical documentation.

· Specific experience with cryogenic equipment and aftermarket services highly preferred.

Work Environment and Physical Demands.

· Stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, type, and write.

· Reach with hands and arms, bend, stand on a stool or climb, and use fingers and hands to feel objects, tools, or controls.

· Use standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, printers, copiers, etc.

· Lift files and open desk drawers and filing cabinets.

· Lift 50-100 pounds.

· Work in both office and shop environments at customer and company sites.

· Conditions may vary at each location yet are essentially the same as listed.

· Off hour/day availability.

· Travel and stays at customer work and company sites.

Safety Complete safety training requirements.

· Participate in other training as directed by the Company or manager.

· Wear Nikkiso approved PPE as needed.

· Ensure all safety requirements and PPE requirements are enforced as appropriate.

· Address or report safety-related issues and incidents promptly.
