Job Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team.
The Production Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of film, video, or commercial productions, including managing client communication, scheduling shoots, and coordinating logistical elements such as locations, cast members, and crew.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication to understand and fulfill their production needs.
- Shoot Scheduling: Plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of shoot scheduling, including confirming dates, times, and locations with all relevant parties.
- Location Management: Scout, secure, and manage shooting locations, ensuring they meet production requirements and that all necessary permits are obtained.
- Crew Coordination: Coordinate with cast members and crew to confirm availability, provide necessary information, and ensure timely presence on set.
- Logistics Management: Manage logistics such as transportation, accommodations, catering, and equipment needs to support seamless production flow.
- Budget Management: Assist in monitoring production budgets and expenses to help keep projects within financial targets.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in production coordination or a related role within film, video, or commercial production.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple moving parts effectively, strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise between clients, talent, and crew professionally.
- Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, and solve problems promptly.
