What You'll Do:
Finance Partnering: Play a critical role in supporting the finance function for the agency’s regional operations
Cost Validation & Compliance: Oversee the vouching process with precision for biggest client in the region—verifying, allocating, and documenting costs in line with both client requirements and internal policies.
Cash Flow & Cost Management: Monitor cash flow, track expenses, and support proactive cost control measures to ensure financial efficiency across projects
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise effectively with Operations, Account Management, Strategy, and client-side finance teams to support project execution and financial alignment
Project Financials: Ensure accurate cost centre allocation, diligent PO tracking, and timely vendor payments that align with project deliverables and timelines
Compliance & Controls: Uphold internal financial controls while ensuring compliance with client financial requirements and audit standards
Project Closure & Reconciliation: Manage project reconciliations and closures within SAP, including reallocation of miscoded costs
Reporting & Invoicing: Maintain and update activation cost reports, issue and upload invoices to customer portals, and manage follow-ups on outstanding payments
Vendor Management: Process vendor invoices efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate payment cycles
You Have These:
1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally within a project-based or creative agency environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a strong plus
Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams and cultures
Fluent in English
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Self-starter with the ability to thrive under pressure and juggle competing priorities
Working Conditions:
