Finance & Accounts Manager – Holding Companies
Location: Dubai

This position is responsible for managing the financial operations and consolidation activities across a group of holding entities. The role focuses on ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in line with international accounting standards, while also providing meaningful insights to support strategic decision-making. Experience in financial consolidation, particularly within multi-entity and multi-jurisdictional environments, and demonstrate strong technical accounting capabilities is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support the accounting function for all holding entities.
- Drive improvements in financial efficiency, risk mitigation, and capital allocation strategies.
- Design and implement appropriate holding structures aligned with operational and strategic goals.
- Lead the consolidation of financials for multiple subsidiaries and holding companies in accordance with IFRS or GAAP.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements, including intercompany eliminations and necessary adjustments.
- Prepare quarterly and annual group-level financial reports, maintaining consistency across all entities.
- Coordinate external audits across multiple jurisdictions including UAE, Singapore, and BVI.
- Ensure adherence to statutory reporting requirements and advise on complex reporting matters.
- Manage the accounting, reconciliation, and documentation of intercompany loans, transfers, and other transactions.
- Develop, implement, and monitor financial policies and internal control procedures.
- Ensure all entities operate in compliance with relevant regulatory and governance standards.
- Identify and execute improvements in the consolidation and reporting process.
- Participate in the implementation or enhancement of finance systems with a focus on improving consolidation workflows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CA) is preferred.
- 8–10 years of experience in group consolidation and financial reporting, preferably within international holding structures.
- In-depth understanding of IFRS or GAAP and complex consolidation processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex financial information.
