The objective of the role is improving the efficiency and productivity of Company’s operations using systems’ functions and modules.
The role is responsible for activities related to the design and implementation of Company enterprise information systems; troubleshoot and fix user issues; provide intelligence dashboards and reports; user training, including development of training materials and user procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support integrations between the ERP system (Dynamics 365) and other internal/external systems, ensuring solutions leverage existing functionality before custom changes.

- Collaborate with Finance teams to ensure the correct setup of legal entities and account structures, including example tasks such as defining chart of accounts and configuring financial dimensions for reporting.
- Support month-end and year-end financial close processes by ensuring Dynamics 365 configurations align with accounting standards and organizational requirements.
- Execute other responsibilities and projects as assigned by line or functional managers.
- Degree level qualifications in Accounting, Finance, IT or a related field are preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a techno-functional ERP role.
- Extensive experience in MS Dynamics 365 Modules Configurations and optimization, with a capacity to learn additional financial and operational software.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture, and its modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.), and database concepts.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including MS SQL knowledge for database management and complex query construction (highly desirable).
- Experience in administrative and technical support, ideally within Finance & Operations or Computing environments.
- Experience in identifying & providing ERP data sources for integrations with other systems and business needs, like Power BI, HR platform, etc.
- Business analytics with experience in defining business requirements, data mapping and documenting business procedures
- Ability to analyze and communicate integrity and impact of solutions applied for current business operations, such as upgrading features for the existing processes
- Methodical, proactive approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong foundational accounting skills from prior experience.
- High attention to detail and enjoy working in complex environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet demanding deadlines.
