Job Responsibilities:
To undertake coaching of courses through both lecture and practical-based sessions.
To continually assess the standard attained by students during courses.
To lead and assist in the conduct of any exercise and scenarios.
-To assist in the development and design of new and existing courses as required.
Be able to interact with students and impart knowledge and skills using various proven means of teaching.
Providing the trainees with accurate information regarding the course & ensure the entire group fully understands explanations.
Demonstrating how to use the equipment.
To brief and control support staff for training courses or exercises
To ensure that all courses are provided with the equipment and facilities specified in the course program.
