We are seeking a skilled technical professional to support the deployment and adoption of our fleet management software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical fluency and excellent communication skills.
This is a hybrid role involving client interaction, technical configuration, on-site support, and project coordination.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and prepare tailored solution pitches.
- Deliver technical presentations, solution walkthroughs, and live demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Assist in creating solution documentation, preparing client proposals, and executing Proof of Concept (PoC).
- Solution Configuration & Deployment:
- Conduct requirements gathering workshops and translate functional requirements into technical configurations.
- Configure telematics devices as per the agreed solution design.
- Set up master data and user access in the application platform.
- Support the installation team by providing device configuration inputs and testing support during field deployments and device commissioning.
- Onboarding & Implementation Support:
- Validate data capture and signal communication between device and server.
- Onboard equipment into the application once the devices are validated.
- Provide project coordination and act as the point-of-contact for stakeholders during implementation.
- Maintain and update project documentation including trackers, implementation plans, and progress reports.
- Assist in user training and documentation for end-users and operations teams.
- Post-Go-Live & Technical Support:
- Provide post-deployment support including issue resolution, data validation, and minor configuration changes.
- Liaise with internal teams for escalations or customizations where required.
- Monitor device-to-server communication, support middleware verification and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Review data collation logic, parse logs or error traces when necessary, and support integration-related tasks.
- 3–5 years of experience in technical support, pre-sales engineering, field deployment, or implementation roles.
- Hands-on experience with telematics devices, preferably from leading OEMs.
- Familiarity with fleet management, asset tracking, or IoT-based solutions.
- Understanding of GPS tracking, IoT protocols (HTTP / HTTPS, MQTT, TCP / UDP), and REST APIs is a plus.
- Working knowledge of data handling, basic scripting, or programming (Python, JavaScript, dot.NET or similar) is desirable.
- Experience in coordinating with installation teams and managing project timelines and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in field commissioning and data validation.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Develop and implement procedures for improved fleet operations and logistics management.
- Supervise logistics staff and provide necessary training and support for task execution.
- Coordinate with suppliers and third-party logistics companies to align delivery timelines.
- Analyze logistics data and reports to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to logistics and fleet management activities.
- Handle emergency situations and resolve issues related to transportation and logistics.
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle maintenance, licenses, inspections, and insurance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in logistics and fleet management roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze transportation data effectively.
- Proficient in logistics management software and other related technology tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in all logistical tasks.
- Strong communication skills to interact with teams and external partners effectively.
- Ability to solve complex logistical problems in a fast-paced working environment.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of our next-generation Fleet Management System (FMS)—a mission-critical platform that enables real-time monitoring, control, and optimization of autonomous and human-driven vehicle fleets. What You’ll Do
- Own the design vision for the Fleet Management System, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience across all touchpoints.

To support this mission WFP Fleet Centre (FC) in Dubai is mandated to centrally set the global standards for and manage the light and Armoured vehicle leasing operations to enable effective safe and efficient fleets in all WFP offices. The vehicle leasing & insurance service is complemented by world-class expertise and technical assistance in fleet management fleet systems support disposal and driver and fleet management training. In addition having one of the largest humanitarian light vehicle fleets WFP is also spearheading collaboration efforts within the wider UN System to facilitate UN agency access to more effective and safer vehicles and to realize efficiency gains.
PURPOSE OF THE ASSIGNMENT
The Consultant will be working with Fleet Center Units to define and document business requirements for data analysis and reporting. The incumbent will also be required to come up with reporting solutions designed to present FMS (Fleet Management System) VTS (Vehicle Tracking System) and FC Portal data in ways that help relevant stakeholders make better decisions at both an operational and strategic level. The BI specialist also ensures the implementation of the reporting using WFP corporate tools i.e. Tableau and Dots. This position is suited for a good team player who can work independently is impeccably organized with strong data analysis skills.
ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the direct supervision of Head of FMSS Fleet Centre the consultant will have the following responsibilities:
1. Apply agile development of new visualizations in Tableau dashboards that support large data sets and analytics methodologies
2. Analyze and verify existing data-collecting and analytics systems
3. Analyze data research data sources and make corrections to existing data as needed to ensure accuracy
4. Ensure that relevant teams and individuals are consulted and involved in decision making at key points and that all decisions made are clearly documented and communicated
5. Enhance data analysis and delivery of a series of business intelligence dashboards and reports for different audiences informing them on dimensions identified as relevant for them with pertinent KPIs.
6. Maintain evaluate and adapt visualizations for effective use and broad understanding.
7. Maintain databases
8. Answer any questions users might have regarding the system and train peers and relevant stakeholders on delivered analytical tools and dashboards to ensure knowledge handover; assist with production of training material
9. Report progress and issues to all relevant stakeholders
10. Support the development of fleet systems by analyzing the needs coming from WFP offices and submit the clear business requirements to FC Management for review;
11. Conduct regular fleet systems data analysis and advice country offices to for corrective action to maintain high level of data quality (completeness correctness and timeliness)
12. Ensure vehicle tracking operational data such as VTS devices stock allocation airtime etc. are timely updated and reconciled between the VTS platform and FMS data base.
13. Any other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science information technology management
data analytics/management or other relevant disciplines.
Experience:
Minimum of three years experience as a Tableau Data Visualization Specialist
Experience using Tableau for the creation of dashboards standard reports and adhoc reports
Experience working with multiple disparate data sources
Experience with advanced data visualization topics such as complex calculations table calculations parameters geographic mapping and performance
optimization
Familiar with Data Visualization best practices
Excellent client interaction problem solving & communication skills
Attention to detail; data analysis skills and quality assurance certification skills.
Willingness to travel as and if requested/required.
Knowledge & Skills:
At least 3 years of background developing and supporting Data Visualization
solutions using Tableau
Understanding of data modelling techniques
Advanced use of Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of SAP an asset
Analytical mind and business acumen
Strong mathematical skills (e.g. statistics algebra)
Problem-solving aptitude

Role Summary: The Fleet Management Associate holds the responsibilities of overseeing the Delivery Assistants in their day-to-day operational assignments, analyzing work processes based on performance reports and recommending improvements, leading coordination with other teams and departments, and reporting relevant matters to the management. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide leadership and daily support to Delivery Assistants; address and resolve
operational issues or concerns. - Consistently engage with Delivery Assistants to ensure that shipments are delivered in
accordance with the Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Ensure that the Delivery Assistants strictly follow the clients' SOPs to prevent any escalations from arising.
- Collaborate with Delivery Assistants to plan optimized delivery routes for efficient,
professional, and hassle-free service. - Monitor daily fleet operations and team performance; prepare and submit
performance reports to the Operations Manager. - Act as a liaison between customers and the operations team, identifying issues
and implementing solutions to improve the customer experience. - Review and analyze logistics data (e.g., exception reports, delivery volume/hour,
accident reports) to identify cost-saving and performance improvement opportunities. - Contribute to the development of operational strategies to meet key performance
goals and identify growth opportunities in the eCommerce space. - Support both on-road and in-house operations with additional tasks as needed.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in logistics and supply chain management
- Minimum 1 years of fleet management or supervisory experience, required.
- Experience in or exposure to logistics and ecommerce, preferred.

- Team management and leadership skills including coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building
