Team Structure
  • Senior Sales Executive (1 position): 5+ years of experience, responsible for overseeing all three markets (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah) and supporting the regional team.
  • Regional Sales Executives (4 positions): 3–5 years of experience, with specific allocations – Abu Dhabi (1), Dubai (2), Sharjah (1).
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies within the assigned market.

  • Indirect Manpower Cost Control & Management

  • Strategic resource planning to meet the requirement of various Departmental Requirement, without or minimal OT required.

  • Monthly time sheet and OT validation prior approval of OT monthly pay out.
  • Proactive coordination for recruitment of any vacancies to minimize the down time and manpower availability.

  • Customer complaints and resolution (External and Internal)

  • Ensure all policies and procedures relating to Customer Query Handling, Complaints resolution are strictly adhered to, to ensure Customer Satisfaction.

  • Where required Customer challenges are escalated to the manager as per process agreed.
  • Corrective actions to be taken to avoid similar complaints /feedbacks either by associate feedback or change of procedure.
