Job Opportunity – Logistics and Administration

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Management Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end logistics, order management, and general administration while ensuring smooth operations across departments.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to streamline order processing.
  • Manage payment authorization for submitted orders in compliance with financial protocols.
  • Monitor order progress and update suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.

  • Update and track RMA files for both local and Iraq clients.
  • Verify RMA eligibility for sales and supplier warranties.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for warranty claims and follow up on status.
  • Provide clear updates to customers regarding RMA progress and timelines.
  • Encode expenses for VAT return processing.
  • Review VAT declarations via the portal.

To be considered, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, or a related field, along with 3–5 years of experience in logistics, order management, or administration in the UAE. Strong knowledge of trade licenses, VAT, FTA portal, and Dubai Chamber procedures is also essential.
