Synthetic Flight Instructor Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Synthetic Flight Instructor to join our innovative Flight Training department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering simulator-based training and conducting ground school instruction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering type rating, recurrent, and recency training sessions, as well as ground school instruction. Additionally, they will complete detailed assessments and reports using electronic systems, recommend additional training for pilots not meeting standards, and provide feedback for training improvements.

• Holding or having held a Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL), Multi-Pilot Licence (MPL), or Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
