All pilots
- Fluent in English to ICAO level 4 or above.
- Hold a ICAO ATPL certificate.
- Hold a 1st Class Medical certificate from ICAO.
- Eligible for a UAE residency visa.
First Officers
- B737-300 to 900 (NG/EFIS) endorsed within the last 24 months.
- At least 1,500 hours total flying time.
- At least 500 hours on B737-300 to 900 (NG/EFIS) type aircraft.
First Officers
- At least 2,500 hours total flying time.
- At least 1,000 hours on modern (EFIS), multi-crew, multi-engine aircraft over 10 tonnes operating weight (preference will be given to those with PIC time).
First officers - approximately AED 39,500 per month (tax free).

- fluent in written and spoken English (fluency in Arabic or another language would also be an advantage)

The Manager Skywards (flydubai) is responsible for leading the strategy development and execution of the Emirates Skywards loyalty proposition for flydubai (FZ) and responsible for steering and ensuring best-in-class offerings across accrual, redemptions and benefits, to maximise desired KPIs, commercial outcomes for FZ, and enhancing appeal to members. The role is accountable for evolving and ensuring delivery of a project roadmap of competitive features, improvements, and innovations that enhance loyalty programme relevance and value, effective collaboration at all levels, whilst overseeing FZ loyalty governance and proactively monitoring performance.
In This Role, You Will
- Lead and execute the Emirates Skywards strategy for FZ, positioning loyalty as a core commercial growth lever for flydubai, Emirates and Dubai, whilst aligning the roadmap with FZ?s strategic priorities, network evolution, passenger segments and distribution landscape, to deliver a fit-for-purpose loyalty proposition.
- Administer all contractual commitments and related governance for FZ loyalty operations, ensuring diligence to mutual obligations, being agile for opportunities and threats via routine market monitoring and evolving organisational realities, and proposing compliant recommendations and actions.
- Oversee end-to-end programme enhancements for FZ spanning accrual, redemption, benefits and member operations, ensuring value-led offerings and friction-less experiences are proposed, scoped, prioritised and delivered across all FZ sales channels and servicing touchpoints.
- Collaborate and coordinate all project workstreams; systems, frontline considerations, commercial inputs, digital journeys, etc, ensuring offerings promote and support to maximise adoption and KPI performance.
- Collate and cascade executive KPIs and operational reporting on a regular basis, including member metrics, revenue, accrual & redemption activity, benefits and programme bottom-line contribution, distilling key performance insights and socalise commentary to aid decision making and inform growth priorities.
- Coordinate and activate a plan of rolling tactical opportunities to best amplify FZ flown revenue and increase member stickiness, and conceptualise and brief campaigns, offers and gamified experiences that incentivise preferred behaviours and align with prevailing FZ commercial objectives.
- Act as the senior Skywards point of contact for FZ matters, building strong stakeholder relationships across executives and teams, participating in forums to align dependencies and unlock delivery constraints.
- Manage, coach and motivate direct/indirect and internal/external team members as pertain to FZ portfolio, ensuring direction, tools, and support needed to deliver against strategic and commercial objectives.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Hold over 10 years experience in airline management, loyalty marketing and/or partner management
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Able to negotiate commercially robust, future-fit agreements.
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Able to shape and execute forward-looking commercial and partnership strategies.
- Excellent attention to detail and confidence navigating commercial, legal, and technical discussions.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects, strong problem-solving skills and collaborative working.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen; experience with business intelligence tools, e.g. MicroStrategy, Power BI (advantage).
