About The Role

As a Food and Beverage Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various areas of the F&B department, including restaurant service, bar operations, banquet setups, and kitchen coordination. Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of restaurants, bars, and/or banquet functions

• Help with inventory management and stock replenishment

    • Create and maintain a Food & Beverage database (including suppliers guests and contacts)
    • Coordinate and liaise with other departments in relation to Food & Beverage and culinary operations
    • Assist with the purchase request process for the Food & Beverage department
    • Direct Food & Beverage inquiries to the appropriate outlet or department
    • Process monthly attendance and payroll

    Qualifications :

    Your experience and skills include:

    • Should have min. 2 years experience in similar role
    • Degree in hospitality management / food & beverage
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
