What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie
- A current valid and relevant trade commercial cookery qualification
- Strong coaching skills and ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
