Food Processing & Freeze Drying Technician / Operator
to join our team in

. This role will be key in supporting both production processes and R&D activities, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain food processing equipment in compliance with industrial standards.
- Support daily production workflows, including setup, operation, cleaning, and troubleshooting of machinery.
- Assist in R&D trials and pilot production, working closely with the innovation team.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records, following internal protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and quality assurance procedures.
- Coordinate with the production team to optimize efficiency, minimize waste, and ensure timely output.
- Provide support in supervising and guiding operators when required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Background in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Freeze Drying or Industrial Food Processing (technical degree or equivalent experience).

- Knowledge of quality systems, HACCP, and food safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Soft skills

Previous experience as a team leader or production supervisor is a plus.

Job Description:
Procurement of Imported Eggs.
Identify and evaluate international suppliers of eggs based on price, quality, certifications, and reliability.
Negotiate contracts, prices, incoterms, and payment terms with suppliers.
Ensure all imports comply with relevant food safety, veterinary, and customs regulations. Monitor international market trends and supply chain risks (e.g., seasonality, currency fluctuation, geopolitical factors).
