We are seeking an experienced Chef Tournant to oversee the food production in various kitchen sections. This is a key leadership role that requires exceptional culinary skills, leadership abilities, and a strong focus on quality control.

Responsibilities:
  • Directs, coaches, supports, supervises, and evaluates all direct reports to ensure high-quality food products are produced consistently.
  • Coordinates and supervises team members assigned to their section, assigns and delegates tasks accordingly to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Undertakes daily recipe reviews to maintain accurate and up-to-date recipe folders.
  • Responsible for follow-through on any request within their area of responsibility received from their supervisor or manager on duty;
