We are seeking a skilled and proactive SmartPlant Foundation Administrator with a strong background in integrating engineering design tools such as SPI (SmartPlant Instrumentation), SPEL (SmartPlant Electrical), S3D (Smart 3D), and SPPID (SmartPlant P&ID). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing SPF environments, ensuring seamless integration across tools, maintaining data integrity, and supporting engineering teams in their digital project execution. SPF Administration:

Perform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning of SPF systems.
Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues related to SPF and integrated tools.

About the Role

The Mechanical Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, diagnosing and repairing faults, replacing worn-out parts, and conducting daily inspections to identify potential issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on pumps, motors, valves, compressors, and other mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in rotating and static equipment.
• Replace worn-out parts such as bearings, seals, gaskets, and couplings.
• Conduct daily inspections of mechanical systems to identify leaks, vibrations, or unusual noises.
• Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities to the engineer.
• Use the CMMS to perform maintenance tasks and ensure all data is accurately recorded and uploaded into the system.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns or system failures.
