- Experience or knowledge of using card fraud or broader fraud related systems (i.e., Falcon, Visa Risk Manager, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using card fraud or other fraud management related systems.
