Role

We are hiring an Operations Specialist to manage shipments EXW to DDP worldwide, working closely with clients, Iscotrans Italy HQ, suppliers, carriers, and overseas agents. Your responsibilities will include coordination, documentation, and execution, emphasizing reliability, speed, and cost efficiency.

What you'll do

• Manage door-to-door operations (road/sea/air) from EXW through DDP.
• Plan, book, and track FCL/LCL/airfreight with carriers and agents.
• Coordinate collections, deliveries, packing, and special handling for project cargo / OOG.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (MBL/HBL, AWB, CI/PL, COO, insurance) and assist with customs clearance.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding milestones, exceptions, and solutions.
• Coordinate with overseas partners on routings, cut-offs, and SOPs; ensure Incoterms 2020 compliance.
• Monitor costs and margins, issue instructions to vendors, and ensure accurate and timely file closure.

What you bring

• Proven experience in freight forwarding operations (project cargo and general freight).
• Fluent English (spoken and written). Additional languages are a plus.
• Hands-on knowledge of Incoterms 2020, EXW–DDP flows, and carrier/airline portals/TMS.
