As a key member of the team, your primary focus will be to raise funds from corporate sectors, charitable foundations, and high net worth individuals. This involves developing effective fundraising appeals, project proposals, and reports, as well as providing support for events and promoting the company's work through various marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have the ability to build strong relationships with existing and prospective supporters. Strong account management skills, including research and profiling, are essential for identifying new business opportunities and informing the Middle East fundraising strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy for the Middle East region.

- Liaise with colleagues across the globe to ensure effective collaboration and coordination.
- Provide regular updates and reports on fundraising progress and successes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience is required. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential, with a minimum of three years' experience in fundraising or account management.
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong research and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
Highly numerate with attention to detail
