Requirements:
The ideal candidate has a minimum 5+ years of experience in game art, proficiency in using Blender or other professional tools for 3D modeling, a background in coaching, training, mentoring, or teaching less experienced game artists, prior experience with Unity's 3D art approach and pipeline, ability to communicate effectively with designers, producers, engineers, and other game making professionals, and passion for mentoring aspiring game makers.
