Key Responsibilities of Maintenance Technician At least 2 years of experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance
Skilled in handling various maintenance equipment efficiently
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork ability
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance or technical support.
Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems.
Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
UAE driving license is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

We are looking for technicians with experience in MEP, Tile Fixing & Painting. The candidate will specialize in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, tile installation and repair, and painting works to maintain and enhance properties for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- MEP Maintenance
Perform routine inspection, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Install, troubleshoot, and repair wiring, lighting, HVAC systems, and plumbing fixtures. - Tile Fixing
Measure, cut, and install tiles on floors, walls, and other surfaces with precision.
Repair and replace damaged tiles, ensuring proper alignment and aesthetic finish. - Painting
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as required.
Apply paint, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
