Genetic Counselor
The person will be part of the scientific support team in EMEIA region. The team is composed of knowledgeable scientists able to represent the Science and Clinical side of our Genetic Services. Scientific advisors and certified genetic counsellors are a referral point for our customers and our sales team during all steps of the IVF journey.
Responsibilities
Provide genetic telecounseling services to patients for the genetic tests offered by Igenomix, including pre- and post-test counseling for PGT-M for single gene disorders, PGT-A for aneuploidy screening, POC, and carrier screening. Serve as an internal expert and resource for the Igenomix laboratory. Provide support and expertise to referring physicians and other clinical staff, including review and discussion of specific patient cases, clinical staff training in-service trainings, and educational webinars. Participate in regular team meetings with other genetic counselors to enhance your expertise. Assist in the development of internal protocols in order to provide the best care to patients undergoing fertility treatments.

Education & Experience
- Master's degree in Genetic Counseling .
- Certification genetic counsellor in UAE
- DHA license
- Experience in pre-conception and/or assisted reproduction therapy genetic counseling is desired
