1. Document Review and Coordination: Conduct thorough reviews of assigned project documents, including scope of work, drawings, specifications, vendor lists, bills of quantities, etc.
2. Pre-Approvals and Permissions: Obtain the consultant's pre-approvals for BIM, shop drawings, coordination drawings, method statements, ITPs, risk assessments, samples, subcontractor prequalification, and materials approvals to prevent delays.
3. Drawings and Documents Preparation: Prepare coordination drawings for architectural, concrete, steel, and precast structures, as well as MEP drawings to ensure seamless project execution.
