**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director - Contracts & Claims for a Retail Development project in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This key role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contracts and claims management for the project, as well overseeing all activity as Project Lead.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Oversee the successful delivery and financial performance of the project.
+ Act as Workbench Project Director, ensuring alignment with client goals and internal standards.
+ Lead project services using Workbench and other relevant systems to ensure effective project control and reporting.
+ Build and maintain strong client relationships, leading engagement across all phases of the project.
+ Identify and pursue opportunities to secure additional work from existing clients, contributing to a sustainable pipeline of future projects.
+ Lead the preparation of proposals and negotiation of variations to scope and contracts.
