Passenger Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Passenger Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of ground handling tasks and assignments, including check-in, boarding, baggage management, and assisting passengers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.   12. Coordination & Supervision of aircraft loading & offloading at Ramp.
  13. Meeting aircraft upon arrival, assisting crew and assisting passengers in arrival hall.
  14. Assist GH Supervisor in their duties & other official duties as instructed.
  15. With a valid UAE license, may apply for GSE/GSV training, complete the assessments, and obtain an ADP to support operations and multitask.
  16. Deliver Services as per the Standard Ground Handling Agreement and expectations.
  17. Ensure upkeep of all terminal facilities & manage que at all passenger processing zones.
  18. Provide exceptional services to VIP/CIP/PRM.
  19. Floor management, FIDS management and coordinate for trolley management.
  20. Ramp functions, security, and safety adherence (FOD management & Equipment Pre inspections).
  21. Emergency response awareness, coordination, and familiarization.
  22. Manage porters, loaders, equipment operators and cabin appearance staff.
  23. Coordinate for MHB and familiar with world tracer.

Qualifications and Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and requirements:

  • Graduate and fluent in English language (both spoken and written).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
  • Diploma or certification in Ground handling or Ground Operations preferred.
  • Prior 01 year of work experience in aviation or customer services.
  • Prior experience with reputed airline or hospitality industry is preferred (Load Control License, World Tracer, Dangerous Good and DCS knowledge will be added advantage).

Safety Accountability:
