You'll own the entire growth funnel from ad impression to closed customer.
What you'll actually do:
Design, launch and optimize Google Ads + Meta campaigns
Remarketing campaigns and optimizing tracking setup
Build conversion funnels that turn prospects into customers
Write compelling ad copy that converts recruitment agency owners
A/B test everything - landing pages, email sequences, messaging
Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability
What we're looking for:
Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta advertising
Copywriting that converts (not just sounds good but sells)
Figma proficiency for content designs like Carousels and Infographics
Analytics mindset - you make decisions based on data
Bonus if you have:
→ Worked with agencies before
→ Attention to detail (you catch the small things that make big differences)
→ Reliability (when you commit, it gets done)
→ Self-directed (you own projects from start to finish)
Success looks like:
→ Improved conversion rates across all funnel stages
→ Scalable ad campaigns that stay profitable
→ Clear attribution from marketing spend to closed revenue
